Before requesting CV deletion

Guest CV and job-description files are automatically discarded when analysis finishes, so SmartnCV normally has no stored guest document to locate or delete.

To delete a builder draft, open the builder on the same device and select Start a new CV, or clear SmartnCV's website data in your browser.

What happens next

Your request is recorded securely with a reference number for review. SmartnCV may ask for limited information to confirm your identity before acting on a data-rights request. Do not send identity documents unless specifically requested through a secure method.
